Our service level is key to everything we do. Whether your using a recommended Sub-Contractor or are collecting yourself; we try to make this process as seamless as possible.

Do you offer free delivery?

If you have used Carpet Giant as an agent to arrange fitting by a Sub-Contractor, delivery is free. This can be arranged at all stores with a Store Assistant. For delivery only we have worked hard to agree competitive pricing and a speedy turnaround.

How much is delivery?

Local delivery is charged at £15.00, paid directly to the Sub-Contractor. Additional charges may apply for multiple items and travelling distance.

Can I collect my carpet for free?

Collection is available free of charge at all branches. Please call your local store to advise so that they can prepare your goods for collection.

Information is key, on the day of delivery the recommended Sub-Contractor will

Call before leaving the store to inform you of their route plan. They may not be able to give you an ETA as fitting flooring can vary in time taken.

Call when on their way to you. Giving you some time to prepare for their arrival and to inform them of access issues.

Please bear in mind that all times are given as a guide only and are be subject to change. Preparing properly for your delivery or fitting is essential to ensure a smooth process for all.
