Sales Person

- Salary: Circa £18.5k - 26k
Sales staff should be driven members of our team, offering a quality service to our customers.
Someone who thrives in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
We take pride in our service level and all relevant training is given.
This role will involve but is not limited to:
- Assisting customers with their purchase
- Attending customers properties to measure and estimate
- Building a customer base through return sales
- Handling customer calls/emails
- Keeping a presentable showroom
- Stock control duties, including cutting carpet
Key skills & experience
- Confidence in a sales environment and the ability to close a sale
- Experience and confidence in both face to face and telephone customer handling
- Ability to learn and retain information quickly
- Ability to solve problems
- Good interpersonal skills
- Polite manner
- Ability to work as part of a team but show individual accountability
- The ability to communicate clearly, be confident and have good people skills are crucial for this role
Full time, 5 day week including weekends
